Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not possible. However, you can request a return after delivery as per our return policy.

Note: Once shipped, cancellation cannot be processed. Please check your order status in My Orders section.

Shipping Process

Step 1: Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation instantly after placing your order with tracking details.

Step 2: Quality Check & Packing

Your order passes strict authentication checks and is carefully packed within 24 to 48 hours.

Step 3: Dispatch

We ship your order via India Post, DTDC, or Delhivery and provide you with a tracking number via email.

Step 4: Delivery

Your certified gemstones will reach your doorstep safely within 5-7 business days depending on your location.

Delivery Timeline (Within India)

5 to 7 business days for most locations across India.
Metro cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune - Usually delivered in 4 to 6 business days.
Remote / North-East areas: May take 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Orders above ₹999 → Free Shipping
Orders below ₹999 → Flat shipping charge of ₹99
Shipping charges may vary depending on the courier partner and your delivery address for remote or difficult-to-reach areas.

Exact shipping cost will be shown at the time of checkout based on your location.

Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, returns are not accepted.
Unboxing Video Required: To process a return, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing our package box being opened. The video should clearly show the product and the packaging.
Valid Reason Required: Please provide a valid reason for return (damaged, wrong product, defective, etc.).
How to Return: Go to My Orders → Click on the order → Click "Return" → Upload unboxing video & reason → Submit request.
Pickup Schedule: Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a pickup from your address within 2-3 business days.
Refund Process: After we receive and verify the returned product, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Important: Returns without a clear unboxing video will not be accepted. Please record the video before opening the package.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier partners or weather conditions are beyond our control.
